Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in New Braunfels, TX is hiring a Retail Customer Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience, ring sales and returns, and promote loyalty programs. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and support multiple areas as needed.

We seek friendly, reliable teammates with strong communication and multitasking abilities, who can adapt to changing directions and lift items if needed. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and upkeep throughout the day.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety standards.
