Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Registers sales on the assigned cash register and handles purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandises displays, and checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Assists with photo services, web pickup, and store maintenance to support customer needs.
• Provides customer service in the store, greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Assists with inventory, loss prevention procedures, and compliance with policies.
