Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Ludington, Michigan is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You will follow established procedures, participate in loss prevention, and support merchandising and safety standards while assisting across store areas as needed. Experience in retail customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and manage cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
