Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, provide assistance, and ensure a positive shopping environment. You will operate the cash register, process transactions, and help with photo services and order pickup.

You will keep shelves stocked, create appealing displays, and follow store policies while maintaining a friendly, efficient checkout flow for every guest.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Experience with Walgreens service traits and proactive customer assistance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient checkout service at the cash register.
• Assist customers with products and services and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Replenish stock, restock merchandise, and keep counters clean and well merchandised.
• Operate store systems and equipment; handle voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Suggest additional items and promote promotional and companion products.
• Assist with photo services, web order pickup, and overall store cleanliness and appearance.
