Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns; count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stage merchandise for floor.
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide and accept feedback; follow labor policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and store safety initiatives.
