Job description

Summary

Provide exceptional service to customers at the North Michigan Avenue store by assisting with purchases, returns, and inquiries. Support the sales floor through merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer product and availability questions, and make personalized recommendations.


• Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and special orders accurately using point-of-sale systems.


• Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are tidy.


• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and support store operations and promotions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.


• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light lifting, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.


• High school diploma or equivalent.
