Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a distinctive and delightful shopping experience across the store. You will greet customers, assist with products, and operate the cash register with courteous, efficient service.

In this role, you will maintain clean, well-merchandised shelves, handle purchases, returns, and exchanges, and support photo services and web pick-ups. Experience in retail is preferred and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and well stocked; price merchandise as directed.
• Recommend items, upsell, and handle returns, exchanges, and rain checks as needed.
• Assist with exterior and interior store maintenance and loss prevention procedures.
• Support photo services and web pick-up orders (Picture Care Plus) and delivery to customers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws, including regulated products.
