HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Customer Experience associate at our Stockton store (5416 Pacific Ave). You will greet customers, process purchases, keep the floor inviting, and support store operations to ensure a clean, organized shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining an organized store environment.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
