Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
