Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver friendly checkout service and assist customers with products and services in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will operate the cash register, handle transactions, and support store operations while keeping shelves clean and merchandised. Prior retail experience is preferred, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is requested.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, collects cash and distributes change as requested; processes returns and exchanges as needed.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, scans and prices merchandise as required.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with store policies.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with exterior and interior maintenance of the store.
