Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Recommends items and trade-ups to customers.
• Handles cash, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
• Complies with laws on regulated products (e.g., tobacco, alcohol).
• Constructs and maintains product displays and performs resets.
• Assists with stock rotation and separation of food items as required.
• Maintains knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provides photo-area customer service including passport photos and poster prints.
• Manages web pick-up orders and delivers them to customers on arrival.
• Assists with store exterior/interior maintenance and overall cleanliness.
• Follows all company policies and completes special assignments.
