Walgreens Co. in Illinois seeks a customer-focused team member to deliver a distinctive and delightful shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve questions to ensure a positive encounter at checkout.

You will operate a cash register, handle transactions, manage returns and exchanges, and keep shelves clean and well stocked while following company policies. Training, and flexibility for evenings/weekends, are included for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior experience with Walgreens is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and processes transactions, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; stocks and prices merchandise as directed and conducts inventory checks.
