Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Florence, SC is seeking a friendly team member to deliver outstanding customer experiences while upholding store standards. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and support merchandising and loss prevention initiatives.

You should be flexible to meet business needs, communicate clearly, multitask across duties, and contribute to a positive store culture. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote customer experience practices with customers and staff.
• Support and uphold store standards and loss prevention measures.
• Accurately process purchases and returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare and stage merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Uphold safety, labor policies, and procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
