Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Easley, SC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, stock and unload trucks, and maintain a safe, friendly environment throughout the store. Part-time position with benefits such as EAP, retirement plans, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
