Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling sales at the register, stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment with friendly interactions among customers and team members. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and moving tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Keep areas clean, restrooms stocked, and floors swept and mopped.
• Other duties as assigned.
