Job summary

Enmarket is hiring Sales Associates to operate the station, assist customers, and promote products with a friendly, professional approach. You will support safety programs, maintain a clean environment, and help ensure a positive shopping experience across shifts.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing daily reports, and adhering to tobacco/alcohol age regulations while delivering excellent service in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at the eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate Identification prior to selling tobacco/alcohol as required by regulations.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds with proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain composure and respond according to policies in emergencies.
• Exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products acceptable.
• Work in varying temperatures (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during the shift following company policy.
• Contribute to store profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with management on store operations in a timely manner.
• Greet and assist customers; promote specials and upsell.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and appearance of the store and environment.
