Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work 15 hours per week during daytime hours 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Customer-focused with good communication and a willingness to start conversations and offer assistance.
• Ability to work with urgency and maintain store standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet shoppers and start conversations to provide a positive customer experience.
• Process purchases using the POS system and explain the store's buying/selling process clearly.
• Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for sale by tagging, hanging clothing, and stocking the floor.
• Support daily store operations and other duties as assigned.
