Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Associate in Greenville, SC. You will deliver warm customer service, handle cashier duties, manage stock, and support pharmacy staff as needed in a busy store environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong retail or service experience, can lift up to 35 lbs, and are available for full-time hours (40/week). Compensation includes benefits as described by CVS Health.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity to operate a computer terminal and read small parts.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, making eye contact, and helping locate items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks and credit card transactions.
• Restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist multiple departments including photo and beauty to keep areas stocked.
• Support pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in growth opportunities.
