Job summary

CVS Health in Greensboro, NC is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver friendly, customer-focused service and support store operations. You will greet customers, assist with locating items, handle cashier duties, stock shelves, and assist pharmacy staff when needed.

Excellent candidates will have strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to grow with CVS services, loyalty programs, and a team-oriented environment. Anticipated hours: 4 per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and help locate items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks and cards.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist all departments, keeping areas stocked and operations smooth.
• Assist pharmacy staff and participate in pharmacy shifts when needed.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the working area.

Education

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
