Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Store Associate to support daily store operations and customer service. The role includes assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and helping in the pharmacy area as needed. This position offers growth opportunities within CVS Health and exposure to multiple departments.

Anticipated weekly hours are 20, with a typical pay range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. High school diploma is preferred, and a minimum age of 16 is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Preferred: experience in retail or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties including handling cash, checks and card transactions.
• Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and supporting inventory tasks as directed by store manager.
• Assist with opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Support multiple departments including photo and beauty to ensure full stocking and operations.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in growth opportunities within the pharmacy area.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support our mission of helping people on their path to better health.
