Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store stocked and clean.

The role includes unloading trucks, replenishing stock, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for customers and colleagues. Part-time positions are available at our Grinnell, IA location, with opportunities for growth and benefits as part of our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and replenish merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
