Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Dundalk, MD store and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer, every day. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret procedures.
• Able to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process transactions at the cash register.
