Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Twin Falls, Idaho to deliver a positive shopping experience.

You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock, unload shipments, and maintain store cleanliness, with an emphasis on safety and excellent service.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and prior retail or service experience; physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
