Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through training programs and daily direction.
• Ensure quality control, inventory, cash handling, and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and achieving store-level financial targets.
• Hold daily huddles, lead store meetings, and sustain a clean, safe service center.
