Job summary

Designsteins, LLC. is looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision across branding, packaging, displays and visual content in an on-site Rogers, AR setting.

You will guide concept development, art direction, and ensure designs meet client goals within real retail environments. You will mentor designers, review deliverables, and present ideas to clients while collaborating with strategy, production, and account teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to define and lead cohesive creative visions.
• Proficiency in Branding to build and evolve visual identities across multiple touchpoints.
• Advanced Graphic Design skills, including layout, typography, and visual storytelling for retail and packaging.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring talent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing retail, packaging, and brand work for consumer-facing products or services.
• 3D Experience a Must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of retail environments, production processes, and how designs translate to physical displays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in an on-site, team-centric setting.

Responsibilities
