Job summary

Meijer Inc. is hiring an entry-level team member to support store operations and customer service. You will perform cart pickup, parking lot maintenance, snow removal, cleaning, and assist at service desks across departments in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Highly-organized with a keen sense for details.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bending and twisting while handling products or equipment.
• Ability to shine in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and interior trash.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment for snow removal.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Assist at service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card & Party, Outdoor, Seasonal & Floral.
