Job summary

Meijer is seeking an entry-level team member to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks across services, store operations and customer service. You will interact with customers daily, perform front-line duties, and contribute to a clean, well-organized shopping environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and acommitment to above-and-beyond service, with opportunities for growth within the Meijer Rewards program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport carts from outside the store to the interior.
• Manage parking lot, lawn, and interior trash collection.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment to clear snow.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with service desk, entrances, lanes, and lot areas.
• Support multiple departments including Health and Beauty, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card/Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
