Job Overview

As a Cosmetic Sales colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, your focus is to support the Beauty needs of our customers to drive sales. You will educate customers about products, provide consultations including makeup application, and build strong client relationships to meet sales goals. You should be comfortable communicating virtually and in person, and be passionate about beauty and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Use product knowledge to guide customers based on their needs
• Build customer relationships and introduce beauty products
• Demonstrate product use and application
• Maintain proper display and inventory organization
• Engage with customers through our clientele program and events
• Stay current with training and product knowledge
• Process damages, returns, and merchandise shipments
• Utilize point of sale systems for transactions
• Follow hygiene and asset protection standards
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect
