As Retail Construction Project Manager, you will help re-shape the Levi's® and Beyond Yoga® retail experience by leading store remodels, refreshes, special projects, and new store initiatives across North America. Working closely with Real Estate, Design, Retail Operations, and Store Development teams, you'll serve as an internal CAD resource, developing feasibility plans, test fits, fixture layouts, wall elevations, and capacity studies that help inform key business decisions long before construction begins. From the earliest planning stages through project completion, your work will shape how consumers experience our brands while supporting growth, strengthening brand presence, and evolving our retail fleet.

About the Job
  • Project Management (75%) Own projects from approval through closeout and warranty period. Manage project schedules, budgets, and key milestones. Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, landlords, contractors, and vendors. Lead project meetings, monitor construction progress, and resolve field issues. Manage project documentation, permitting, change orders, and project closeout activities. Conduct site visits throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Budgeting, Estimating & Feasibility (15%) Support project feasibility evaluations and preliminary budgeting efforts. Review bids, estimates, and change orders to identify cost and schedule opportunities. Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to support project planning and cost accuracy.
  • CAD Planning & Design Support (10%) Develop feasibility plans, test fits, fixture layouts, wall elevations, and preliminary planning documents. Support space planning, capacity studies, and early-stage project evaluation. Review drawings and planning packages to support efficient project execution and informed decision-making.
About You

Experience 6+ years of construction, store development, or retail project management experience. 3+ years supporting retail construction, store planning, space planning, drafting, or related retail development activities. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes, budgets, and timelines. Experience supporting retail remodels, refreshes, tenant improvements, or new store development projects. Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords, and vendors.

Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or similar platforms. Read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and project management software. Understanding of retail construction methods, project delivery, and store development processes.
