Responsibilities

• Manage construction for new, relocated and expanded stores.
• Oversee remodels, re-builds, and re-openings of existing stores.
• Visit project sites to verify progress and schedule effectively.
• Handle 30–50 projects per year across multi-state territory.
• Provide cost estimates for Real Estate Committee or as directed.
• Perform special projects as directed by the Director of Construction.
