Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Special Projects Project Manager to lead CAPEX initiatives across the store portfolio, including refrigeration upgrades, remodels, and fixture enhancements. You will partner with operations, store planning, vendors, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and adherence to company standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, vendor coordination and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail construction, store development, project management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute designated CAPEX Special Projects across the store portfolio.
• Manage refrigeration installations for stores including openings, relocations, expansions, retrofits and replacements.
• Define project scope, objectives and timelines with Operations and Store Planning teams.
• Ensure projects are on schedule and within scope per standards.
• Travel up to 15% to assess requirements and evaluate projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver projects.
