Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Summersville, WV is seeking a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area, building a strong team focused on merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

You will support payroll budgeting, scheduling, and ensure store standards and programs are executed to drive sales and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience with a mid to large retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasonal shifts.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets and related reports to meet financial goals.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors in every associate and customer interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and handle additional duties as assigned.
