The Co Team Leader is responsible for leading the sales floor and receiving area, ensuring excellent customer and associate experiences, and overseeing merchandising, staff development, and financials.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing payroll, expenses, banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial goals.
  • Provide exceptional service, demonstrating Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors.
  • Ensure store standards, seasonal planning, inventory, and company programs meet expectations.
  • Develop and execute talent and staffing plans.
  • Perform opening and closing duties and other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years retail management experience with a mid to large retailer.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods and work safely.
