Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors to provide exceptional Associate and Customer service; ensure company standards are met in every interaction.
  • Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
  • Develop and execute talent planning for associate growth.
  • Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
  • Perform all functions to open and close the store as needed and handle additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
  • Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.
