The Co Team Leader is responsible for leading the sales floor and receiving area, creating a passionate sales team, and ensuring excellent customer and associate experiences. Responsibilities include merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

  • Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional service; ensure company standards are consistently met in all interactions.
  • Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
  • Develop and execute talent planning to promote associate growth.
  • Ensure proper scheduling and staffing.
  • Perform all functions to open and close the store as needed and other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
    • Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Valid Driver’s license required.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.
