Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. in Douglas, GA seeks a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area, driving merchandising and delivering strong associate and customer experiences.

The role supports payroll, expenses, scheduling, and financial reporting while developing talent and upholding store standards and seasonal transitions. A high school diploma and retail leadership experience are required, with a flexible schedule and valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

The Co Team Leader is required to provide leadership for the successful operation of the entire sales floor and receiving area. The CTL creates and leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, Associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
• Must have a valid Driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
