The Co Team Leader is responsible for leading the sales floor and receiving area, ensuring excellent customer and associate experiences, merchandising, staff development, and financial oversight.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing payroll, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and reporting to meet financial goals.
  • Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in service interactions.
  • Maintain store standards, manage seasonal transitions, inventory, and company programs.
  • Develop talent and ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years retail management experience with a mid to large retailer
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid Driver’s license required
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Push and pull up to 35 pounds
  • Stand for extended periods and work safely
