Ollie is seeking a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area in Brooksville, building a passionate team and delivering a great associate and customer experience.

Responsibilities include payroll budgeting, scheduling, inventory management, and executing company programs. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of retail management experience, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasonal shifts.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional associate and customer service experiences; ensures standards are met in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and take on additional duties as assigned.

The Co Team Leader is required to provide leadership for the successful operation of the entire sales floor and receiving area. The CTL creates and leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, Associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; makes sure all company standards are consistently demonstrated in every Associate and Customer interaction
• Ensure that store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs are met.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
• Must have a valid Driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
