The Co Team Leader is responsible for leading the sales floor and receiving area, creating a passionate sales team, and overseeing merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financials.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
- Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional service; ensure standards are met in all interactions.
- Ensure store standards, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
- Develop and execute talent planning for associate growth.
- Ensure proper scheduling and staffing.
- Perform all functions to open/close the store and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays
- Valid Driver’s license required
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods, work safely.
