Job summary

La Ligne NYC is seeking a Store Associate to develop and retain strong client relationships through clienteling, open and close the store, and communicate inventory needs to support business goals. You will help facilitate in-store events, team sell to hit monthly store goals, and increase sales through cross-selling products.

You will maintain a welcoming storefront, ensure displays reflect current visual direction, and resolve customer concerns promptly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years retail experience.
• Existing client base is preferred.
• Strong aesthetic sensibilities and sense of style.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain strong client relationships through customer engagement and clienteling
• Open and close store including all related duties
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals
• Help facilitate in-store events
• Team sell to achieve monthly store goals
• Increase in store sales by cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
• Maintain a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front
• Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
