Job summary

CROSSMARK is hiring a Retail Client Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products at convenience stores. You will gain shelf placement, build displays, and maintain professional relationships with store management.

The role offers a flexible daytime schedule, paid training, and mileage reimbursement, with opportunities to travel across stores in your territory. Prior retail or customer service experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
