Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven, efficient retail sales experience and excellent customer service preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Must read, write and speak English; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and basic computer skills; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Operates a cash register efficiently and completes checkout procedures with accuracy.
• Follows all check-out and cash handling policies.
• Stocks and maintains grocery, perishable items and displays per guidelines.
• Unloads deliveries and maintains store cleanliness and safety.
• Assists with training other store team members and supports management.
• Ensures proper product rotation, tagging, and pricing accuracy.
