Job description

The Retail Clerk is responsible for greeting guests that visit Silver Gulch's Retail Store and providing them with outstanding customer service. The Retail Clerk will be responsible for completing sales transactions in our POS system, processing payments, keeping the store neat and clean, taking inventory of merchandise and corresponding with the accounting department when merchandise is needed, making sure we have a variety of sizes and colors displayed, answering the telephone, taking reservations by phone and communicating them to the hosts, properly tracking keg rentals and returns, and other tasks as needed. The Retail Clerk may also be asked to assist at events such as Beerfestand Oktoberfest.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
