Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate for the JAX-Beach Blvd, FL location. You will help customers locate items, provide friendly service, run checkout, and support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

Maintain the store’s cleanliness and recovery standards to meet our Brand Promises. Daily duties include dusting, mopping, restocking, and deep cleaning high-traffic areas.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
