The TJ Maxx store in Oxford, Alabama is seeking a store associate to maintain a clean and organized environment with a focus on floor care. You will operate scrubbers, perform dust and damp mopping, and assist in other store areas as needed to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.
• Supports and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Participates in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
