Job summary

GPM Investments LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, ring up purchases, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You will learn the store’s products and policies to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately, ensuring compliance for lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales, and supporting cross-training across departments as needed. This role requires reliability, stamina, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of retail sales concepts and upselling opportunities.
• Familiarity with store loyalty programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Become knowledgeable about lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance to age and laws.
• Upsell products to increase sales when appropriate.
• Keep store interior and exterior clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and parking areas.
