Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to support daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining clean and safe shopping environments. You’ll collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and achievement of performance standards.

The role involves operating the POS system, processing transactions accurately, stocking shelves, assisting with curbside orders, and upholding ALDI policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic math
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve issues for customers.
• Operate the POS system to scan items and process sales.
• Stock shelves and displays, following merchandising planograms.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe working conditions.
