Job Description

The ideal Nordstrom Rack team member enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

A day in the life…

• Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover great deals.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers, guiding them to fitting rooms, and managing clothing returns to the floor.
• Share your love of fashion and inform customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, RewardsTM program, and mailing list.
• Keep stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is checked in and properly ticketed.
• Work with the team to ensure the sales floor remains 'runway ready' through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
