A day in the life…

1. Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover great deals.
2. Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers, guiding them to fitting rooms, and managing clothing organization on the sales floor.
3. Share your love of fashion and inform customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, the Nordstrom RewardsTM program, and mailing list.
4. Maintain organized stockrooms and complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed.
5. Collaborate with the team to keep the sales floor 'runway ready' through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
