Love’s Travel Stops is hiring cashiers in Perry, OK. The role focuses on fast, friendly, accurate customer service and flexible teamwork to meet business needs. Training is provided for those with no prior experience, and we encourage a collaborative environment for growth and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or ability to provide quick, friendly help to customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy.
• Teamwork and flexibility to support multiple roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout with friendly, efficient service.
• Balance cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Offer additional products and services to customers as appropriate.
• Maintain clean, organized work area including sales floor and registers.
• Support other departments as needed (Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Maintenance).
• Move and lift items up to 25 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

They may perform various duties depending on business needs so flexibility and teamwork skills are important. No experience? No problem. We will teach you!

Job Functions

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customerswhile following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds.Ability to work in various temperatures.
